Tesla - Anyone have a referral code?

Hi All,
I'm just about to order my next company car next week and have opted for the Tesla 3 Performance. I understand there is a referral scheme which offers both parties some free supercharging.
Would anyone like to share this with me, and also an insight into how it works? PM me if you prefer.
Thanks in advance

A friend of mine has ordered a new model 3 too so I'll ask him about the referral scheme.

As an aside, you may want to interrogate Tesla regarding delivery date (if it's a priority for you). My friend ordered his a loooong time ago with a delivery date of April. When April came he was told it will be June, which then became July a few weeks ago and he's now been told it will be August. He's been keeping me posted on progress as I'm buying his old car when the Tesla finally arrives. The Model 3 was massively over-subscribed from its announcement and I guess Tesla's US customers will be satisfied first.

Anyway, I'll let you know what he says about the referral. :thumb:

Cheers, greatly appreciated :thumb: I've heard the stories for delivery, I've been quoted 20 weeks, not too fused as it's a company car so will be able to just hold on to the current 530d.
A friend of mine collected his this week from Heathrow and they have a couple of warehouses full of them!

If they have a couple of warehouses full of them, why does it take them 20 weeks to get your car for you (unless you have Is yours a special ordered stuff) ?

Crazy isn't it, apparently pre-ordered. Nope nothing special on mine, no options and solid black, you'd have thought that would be within a few weeks.

A friend received his on Friday, I can ask?

Possibly bulk ordered by leasing companies - apparently the ones that specialise in EVs are expecting to turn a lot of business on them?

Finally, I now have the referral link, so if toddy2 still needs it then he has first refusal (I've pm'd him). Otherwise anyone can drop me a line if they can make use of it.

As an aside, and not with any experience other than what my friend has told me along the process and having taken him to go and collect his new Model 3, it seems that dealing with Tesla has been a painful and tiresome experience.

Having had his delivery date pushed back on a monthly basis from April, he finally received an email telling him he should be there at 4pm on a certain day (of their choosing) to collect his car and if it's not collected within 7 days they'll sell it to someone else!

On collection day his car had still had not been assigned a reg number which he obviously needed to insure it! He called twice that morning and gave up having been on hold each time for an hour! So we went there for 4pm and he finally got out of there at 6pm. He has still not had any kind of "orientation" or demonstration of the car and is now working his way through the manual (he's a "mature" gentleman, so this I find particularly poor). Overall he is most unimpressed with the experience.

From what I saw of their showroom, warehouse etc and from the way they spoke to us when we arrived to collect it, we may as well have been at Currys collecting a washing machine - not a £55k car!

Few colleagues have the 3 and they have had nothing but problems with them with Tesla customer service being utter shite - their words not mine.
Issues they have had are screen switching off at will and having to restart the car to fix, interior trim rattles, sticking door handles.

There was post on the Porsche Owners facebook page today about issues.
