Exhaust flaps?

Hi

my 997.1 has a DesignTek middle section exhaust with switchable 'flaps' that are activated when I press the sport button

however, last night, it'd appear that there was no difference when I pressed the button...it appears to be 'stuck' in standard noise mode

I know the sport button is still working as I feel the difference in throttle response

any thoughts on what it might be and fixes?

Im guessing there is some sort of electric vacuum valve and some sort of diaphragm actuators .. that's how a Porsche system works anyways .

I would start at the valve and see if you have vacuum in and out of it then go from there .
