Mine used to do that when I bought the car 14 years ago.

The leather was extremely dry and had shrunk a bit, putting tension on the clips and pulling them free. A few layers of leather conditioner put moisture back into the leather and the problem has never come back.

All hardbacks do that, it's a feature! Wink

Yep, standard on those seats, as Sutton says, due to dry leather, get some cream in into, looks like you have all the clips in place still so easy enough to get it back

Get some more clips from Porsche. dommorton knows what they are as he put a picture up of the pack with the part number on when I needed to fix mine. Leather stays in place now thumbsup

It was dommorton. This is what you need:

Thanks guys much appreciated. I will order the clips and give the leather a treatment.

More pics of the interior. The colour is Chestnut Brown and it looks great in person but can sometimes photograph a little off.

Agreed 😆 pop that in a slate grey and I would be all over that like a rash. I would need to change the touch points (steering wheel and gear lever) to black however. Ohhhh lovely.

Need to start them young before the legs fully develop
