Here’s one of my faves. The speedlines wheels and GT2 rep wheel arches for sale if anyone interested as the RS was restored back to stock.

Who is selling them?

Keep the side skirts black as it looks much better with the contrast in colour. Looking forward to seeing the finished article. Probably my dream spec if money was no object! Apart from I would go with gold centre BBS LM's

Pmd Andy

Yes side skirts should be black IMO - body coloured look not so nice.

Tarmonts arrived a few days ago.. What a wheel seem a tad lighter than the speed lines and the quality is superb. Off sets just how I wanted them.

Love these two. Featured in same mag as the Yellow Peril.

Bit more inspiration - love this one.

Andy, did you go for the RSR arches and wheels?

Need some pics of Trev's car which is beautiful in blue. The combimation of all that Targa glass, the black seals and the blue, the effect is just sublime.

I saw MikeRSR's Riviera Blue car a couple of years ago and it was stunning.

Pics in this thread --> http://911uk.com/viewtopic.php?t=121589&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=blue

That said, Mexico is nice too. thumbsup

I'm jealous.

I've been considering getting my Polar Silver C2 resprayed Riviera ever seeing this photo of Jerry Seinfeld's car:

Good thread here:

To do it properly with a replacement roof is £14k - the roof is £6k on its own

There are after market sunroof fill in panels available now. Short cut. Speak to Bob at http://www.autobodytechnic.com

Saw him doing it this way on a mint green 964 RS rep. Probably £1-£2k at a guess.

£6K for the Roof..! I know of a Ready for Paint, Non Sunroof 993 Chassis for £10K..! frustrated Bonkers..

£1-2K sounds better, and I prefer the Non Trigger's Broom approach..

Thanks for the recommendation.. Cool

I was quoted another 3-4 k with a GRP creation. I don't mind the sunroof. Riviera and Mexico are very similar and look drastically different depending on light. Mexico just a shade darker..

All these pastel blue colours really suit the 993 especially against speedlines.

Make sure you pick the very best paint shop Wink

What sort of quotes are you getting for the colour change. I was quoted £30k to go back to bare shell and colour change as per factory on 997! Surprised
