Hi guys,

I've got to get a tracker fitted to my car for Insurance purposes.

Looking for cost friendly cat 5 or 6 ones, any recommendations? The only thing not covered by the insurers if I don't have a tracker is theft away from home so, as the car is hardly used and when it is it's parked in safe places, it's pretty unlikely this will happen so I don't want to spend more than I have to but want something half decent at the same time.

All suggestions / recommendations appreciated.

I was recommended - and chose - a Metatrak system.

I can't say it's necessarily cheap, but it's very good and I like the phone app.

Self-fit, runs off a rechargeable internal battery for 2-3 years. No wiring means it can be hidden in places that are non-standard & harder to locate / find.
