This is just brilliant, the icing on the cake would be for it to go National.

Pure genius to have the banner towing plane, now the whole of Harrogate Knaresborough will know and his missus is a Councillor there.
 
I would love to hear how he explained his way out of the stickers to people......his mouth must have been drier than a nuns nasty trying to talk his way out of it :floor: :floor:
