Not sure if anyone is up for this again this year, a couple of us were meeting up semi regular at the florentine in Sheffield last year, thought we could do this and maybe head out on some drives if enough people fancy it. Happy to pick a venue in the Peak District if that’s more appealing. Any takers?

Trust you’re well and the mild winter meant you got the 993 out? I’m up for this and a few drive outs would be even better. Let me know any dates you’re looking at and I’ll be there.

Im good thanks mate, hope your well? Yeh the 993 has been out a fair bit over the winter, hoping even more so now summer is nearly here!

If we can get a few people interested, it would probably be worth meeting up and discussing what people fancy doing and planning some proper drives / visits to events etc. It still surprises me that Sheffield has no regular meetings, i know there are relatively local groups with tipec etc. but with the peak district on our doorstep we have some of the best roads in the area so would be nice to get something going here like we discussed last year.

I’m probably going to head out for a drive early on Sunday morning, happy to meet anyone who fancies it at:

The Grouse Inn
Longshaw House
Longshaw
Sheffield
S11 7TZ

We could head to the Royal oak at Hurdlow, Buxton SK17 9QJ which is a brilliant drive and they do a great food.

If not this weekend then this would a great idea for another time thumbsup

As my workload diminishes over the year, I'd be keen for a drive out. I went for a blast a out 6 weeks ago with my neighbour and a mate if his sporting a C63 and an M4 respectively. Great day out and little traffic. Sheffield and the peak district are only over the hill.
If you can't organise something this weekend, you guys should come over the hill to our monthly meet. It's only 15 mins from Macclesfield as an idea. We kick on from 10:30am tomorrow until whenever.

Thanks for the offer, I might try and make it over for an hour to your meeting if the weather isn’t too grim. I’ll be on my own so keep a look out for the billy no mates in the blue 993 if I do make it!
