Watched the latest YouTube article by Nick Murray today. For the second time in 4 years Porsche have "bought back" his defective 911. His 991.1 had numerous electrical & mechanical faults and now the same has happened to his 991.2
Has anyone on here heard of this happening or is it a case of "ambassador for the brand" getting preferential treatment?
 
USA consumer laws in this particular area are miles ahead of what we have in the UK
 
That could have something to do with it. I notice when he does Porsche car reviews when the spec/performance/price summary comes up the warranty is listed as "4 years" as oppose to our 3 years. When I bought my Boxster in 2001 & 997 in 2004 the new car warranties were only 2 years.
