...hope you like rust :D Jesus Christ the bastard thing was full of it; everywhere it was...

I don't do bodywork, but I have a good bodyshop next to my office and a box full of Dinitrol. The SEC is a great old cruiser, I think I used it twice last year, must get it out as soon as the weather picks up.

That Noble is a proper toy, very nice.

When I was in Nottingham looking for parking at a company I was working for, I came across your cars and thought wow this guy has a collection.

Loving the CSL, one of my all time favourite cars, I remember using it 5 or so years ago when I didn't have a license on Gran Turismo!

The current set up looks like this.

9e modded 997.1 turbo circa 600bhp (toy)
Bespoke carbon Buell XB12 (art)
MWP modified supercharged VXR8 circa 600bhp.(ASBO)
Abarth 595 with some decals (wife)
Bog standard Discovery 4 (daily)

Great mix, can't beat a big car with a massive V8. The Abarths have always looked like a lot of fun to me.

MC

Cheers MC, I think I have most bases covered..my Mrs had the truck last weekend and I spent a couple of days fuzzing around in the Abarth. It was a right hoot, reminded me of being 18 again in my Saxo VTR.

I've only got one other car, but it does have it's own thread. My wife's car doesn't count as it's not a project, just a nice daily with a remap and swish rims. I do actually have a small boat in my fleet, though, an aluminium AMT 175 BR with a Honda 80 4 stroke. I can only find a stock shot on my hard drive right now:

Took this photo a couple of months ago when the driveway was full. Normally we are not all in at the same time, but when we are it looks like a second-hand car lot.

The photo shows my wife's pair

Lovely car Phil. My business partner has a convertible one. It sounds fantastic, but apparently fuel economy isn't great. Early ones look like great value too.

MC

I have a pickup truck though just a turbo diesel and not one of the new Porsche electric models, such as the one Phil posted... :floor:

Have attached a pic of my automotive indulgence which I have owned circa for 16 years feel free to comment..

Thanks MC , yes the very early ones are amazingly cheap but did come with some electrical gremlins that seem to have been ironed out by the first partial facelift .which was my reasoning for getting the partial facelift one. one owner full Bentley service history. but your partner is right mines doing about 11mpg ave , I did have it in sport mode and put my foot down the other day and it went to 3mpg  so they are guzzlers and make the 997 look like an eco car   the ones with the red Bentley badge are 4ltr V8s so they may be better on fuel economy :dont know:
The good thing about having a family bus thats got worse economy than the 911 is that it means you should choose the 911 to drive as often as you can    WIN WIN its good for grins and good for the environment :floor: :floor:
