Any good tips or a follow step guide

1996 C4S with ABD ABS Power Brakes

How's it done.
I have that globe up by the fuel tank.
Look at the fluid coming out of it.

Not so long ago, I'd have had an answer.

How do you bleed power brakes from dry ?
I have an intermittent ABS and ABD warning light showing.
I can flip the ignition off/on and it goes out for a short while.
I recently had the four calipers refurbished, and changed brake fluid at the bleed nipples on each separate one, starting at rear right.
I never knew about the globe.
I'm guessing I must have to change the fluid again, starting at the globe.
Any advice ?

I think a test of the ABS system is in order on the first damp/wet drive. The internals of the pump seize if not exercised.
