On behalf of a friend with a 2016 991.1 C4S. Can't find anything in the owners manual about this. Standard Xenon lights with PDLS not LED. It's not adjustable via the PCM as it is in my 991.2. Phoned the dealer and they said bring the car in and we will take a headlight out to determine how to do it !! Any body got any knowledge on this ?

991.1 Adjusting Headlights for France

If it's like the 997 it's a pretty straightforward procedure. Easy removal of the headlight and throwing a switch in the removed unit.

This has come up a few times on the PCGB forum.
Summary from that is it's not worth worrying about, the lights have a flat beam that doesn't aim to the left, but if you are concerned buy some stick-on beam converters and put them your glovebox to take with you.

It's certainly an option on mine - navigate in the MF display to: "Vehicle, Settings, Light & Visibility, Exterior Lights", Select "L/R driving" and conform. Select "Standard" (RHD here) or "Inverted" (LHD for Europe).
