Kaboom...... looks super, you just need to work on the number plate now

Thanks, your looks cool too. However, not sure a Luton Town FC plate would suit my car. Come on the Hatters!

i think it looks great. all the ducktails ive seen are way too big. this one is just right. if only price was cheaper. bit too much for a piece of plastic

That looks nice. Always been a ducktail fan

FWIW, I used the Flying Ducktail and disabled the lift with the Foxwell NT510/520 diagnostic/coding tool as the lifted tail is a big over the top frankly.

Not sure why wiring mods were necessary as when lift is disabled the high level brake light continues to work (when lifted the brake light circuit switches to the light in the wing, whether in the standard wing or a ducktail which has a light... as does the Flying Ducktail). Having said that, it looks like the Moshammer ducktail doesn't have a third brake light so that may explain it

Think the wiring mod was to prevent an error being thrown up with the loss of the brake light, as you suggest.

As has been mentioned this is not a cheap mod, but if you want it you just have to pay :-( $$$$

Well after quite a journey I have finally got the ducktail fitted to my car. I purchased as-new from Simon on here, then had it wrapped to match my car and finally fitted by a specialist garage. Because the spoiler had to be painted before it could be wrapped, this gave me the opportunity to have a small projection (which was there to take a Moshammer sticker) removed, helping to keep clean lines.

Here are some pictures of it fitted to my slightly grimey car.

I know some will like it and some will hate it. Obviously I am in the former camp, but I am sure you are all interested to see it :)

Mark that looks perfect :thumb:
