Here's a typical example from 2015. The market basically hasn't moved for at least 4 years and if the odd £1000 here or there is meaningful enoug for anybody to wait, they can't afford the maintenance and risk of failure anyway.
Also the comment about not knowing actual sale prices is true but comparing advertised with advertised is at least apples with apples...
