Not quite digital, but likely to still operate after Brexit...?

Did you spot the high tec method for retaining the required cable adjustment.. :?: :floor:

Reminds me of working in Hungary in 1992-3, old Trabants were everywhere and one of their features was a dipstick to check the fuel level.

If it ain't broke don't fix it, as any 996 owner will attest once the 'estimated' fuel level has been buried in the red for a bit. Or indeed a 997 owner wondering how much oil they actually have in their car...
