Panamera Changing Headlights From LH to RH Traffic

Wondering If it is possible to change the headlights manually for driving in Europe, on a car without dynamic cornering lights. like the T and O option, and do you have to remove the headlight to change it.
 
Off hand i cant remember but i think its done via the dash settings ..

If you look in your handbook it will tell you how to do it .
