immobiliser works but no power on dials/dash

Had the car laid up for a few months, the red flashing lights on the door and centre console are doing their thing, I chuck in the immobiliser which beeps twice then turn the key and no power at all on the dials never even trying to crank. Any ideas?
 
Battery Flat?
Immobiliser lights last thing to die...
