Nothing much to add Hans, but you have my best wishes.
As has been said, sometimes in life you get dealt a Beadle (a 5h1t hand).
Sell what you need to and forget about possessions. Number one priority is look after yourself. You'll come out the other end and as Ragpicker says time is a healer.
Cars and houses will come again, they're just items. Keep yourself right and sort things incrementally. Don't look at the big picture as it can be overwhelming.
Probably too soon as you've bigger fish to fry but running and cycling are free and give a bit of focus but more importantly time away from the same surroundings.
I always feel better after a run or a ride, mentally and physically.
Good luck with everything and remember there are loads of helpful people on here if you need any non-car related help.
I sincerely wish you all the best.
