Yes a good price but marmite interior. I've not seen one in the flesh but not sure about that colour all over the interior.
There is one at Slades with same interior which has been for sale since big ben was a wrist watch.

Wow!
What a great looking 911 !! Hands down my favourite colour combination
I would even swap out the black mats for sand colour! That said I owned a silver with full red interior Boxster... so perhaps I am a bit weird!
Black interiors are IMHO soooooo dull!! _________________ 2007 Carrerra S

*COUGH* Sand, not Savannah! (Sand - 997, Savannah - 996)
I have a Sand interior and love it, it was my first choice, it gives the interior a very airy feel.

I have seen 997 turbo's in Singapore and Manila in BB & 'Sand' & Macadamia & ' Sand' .... over there in the different light it really does work for me ....
That's a nice skin on the BB though !! _________________ 997 Gen 2 Turbo S Basalt Black -BBS CHR, Kline inconel exhaust, DSC V1 & Polished Bliss air freshener...

I've only recently bought my c2s and already think I should have gone turbo.

On my second 997 now, I bought my first back in 2013 and sold it a year later. Oddly I seem to appreciate this one more even though the first was my poster car.
I did contemplate a 997 t before I parted ways into my next car but couldn't stretch to the 37k asking price at the time. End of 2013 i seem to remember the bottom end of the market was sub 40k.

Strange comment , the bills are just the same as for your C2 S ........
My only ‘big’ bill was a recent PDK gearbox oil service = 600+vat ......not bad at all for a Supercar .......
Not a tear was shed ......

^ I thought the same, mine costs no more than my 996 C2.
The performance difference however, light years apart!

I've often heard this but apart from the turbo components, intercooler etc they are basically just the same car?
Add the reliability of the engine and it's just down to initial outlay?

Had my c2 s for a year now & cost me buttons.
Acquaintance of mine has a turbo. Not sure as to his running costs but had a passenger ride in his recently & scared me shitless!
Id trade up to a gt3 on basis of info I've read rather than a turbo but no idea of running costs. must be relative to purchase cost...

997 turbos are starting to look like great value at the moment. I would really struggle to justify a facelift non-turbo car over a pre facelift turbo for the same cash. The 997 turbo is crazy fast straight out of the box and can be made ridiculous if the mood takes you. I just wish I had had my 911 cash a couple of years earlier as I’d be in a 996 turbo for sure.
Historically turbos have great residuals too.

Tempted at the moment looking at the advert in the OP - doing the man maths for a 997.2 C4S (not a huge fan of the 991.1 C4/C4S). Think the 997.2 would feel too similar to my current car in performance terms. Which leaves me with the Turbo or buying a non Porsche 4WD as a second car for the Scottish winter. _________________ 997.1 C2S
