I was going to suggest Willen if MK thumbsup

Happy to go more your way this time, more my way next time though please Thumb

Willem Lake is 1 hr 30 mins for me so I'll leave it this time.

I'd be happy to go as far as the Leighton Buzzard area, which is an hour, if another meeting is organised.

I dont think any location has been settled on yet...... am from Leighton, so will get my thinking cap on. Aylesbury would probably be a better middle ground (unfortunately I dont know it that well)

Aylesbury or north of Aylesbury will be good for me. Unfortunately I do not know the area so can't make any recommendations for a place to meet.

It looks like Thr Crown in Granborough could be in with a shout:
http://www.thecrowngranborough.co.uk

I'll give them a ring tomorrow to check if they have some time free, and if the garden can see the car park and play area at the same time

Looks like the tables/bushes/fence are in the way of the car park to play area view:

Dont know

Update:

The car park *is* blocked - but its by a flimsy lattice-fence that you can see through. There is also direct access from the car park into the garden area, and the childrens play spot is a little way down from the tables. There are only two ways into the garedn - through the pub itself or through the back entrance next to the car aprk (prevents little 'uns from running off). THere is also no direct access onto the road from the play area.

For those interested, I would like to suggest the 25th August, 10h00-12h30 (or longer).

Did this event ever happen..... Newbie in Bucks, my kids are a little too old for a kids playground but the Mrs would be happy for a Sunday morning in her own.
