Picked this up last Friday from Ferrari legend John Pogson...

It was the subject of this great little film: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHkU1h_sKM4

Totally original condition.

I've done 400 miles since Friday and she hasn't missed a beat.

Still combing through the history folder but it looks like she's on her 12th set of belts at least!

As JP said, that IS a cool car!

A very well sorted suspension must make a huge difference.

Pure petrol headonism.....

Cheers, Keith.

Nice!!!!!

At last weekend's Petrolicious event @ Bicester Heritage...

Ive always liked the Mondial shape. What a bargain Ferrari. And i think silver is the thinking mans Rosso Corsa. Looks like you flushed out a winner there.
Cheers Rick

I had a 355 in that combo. Lovely!

Well, after 18 Ferrari-filled months, the QV is now up for auction here:

Cliche, I know, but new job forces sale (was in West Cornall, now in Central London!).

1 of only 152 made in RHD; never-had-an-MOT-advisory; subject of this well-known film:

Go on, put a bid in. It was a lovely alternative to my 964. Porsche one weekend, Ferrari the next?

I've got a horrible feeling someone's going to bag a beautiful bargain...

400 miles - It's good to know that they're more reliable than some people fear. :)

Seriously, how many miles did you enjoy in her in your 18 months. :?:

It's a great box to have ticked. :worship:

I answered my own question by looking at the MOT history, ie. about 2,300. Well done :thumb:

That was more than the previous owner did in the previous 4 years.

...my dad had a nearly new one in blue with cream leather; think it was a 3.4 T ?

Anyway looked and sounded lovely, fast enough but...the worst year change I have ever used !

He changed it for a silver rose 944 Turbo...what a car and what a gear change! Also the steering feel of the 944 was the best I have ever experienced...

However if I had the space I would be all over your beautiful Ferrari; a proper classic..Lovely...

Thanks T8 - yes, the MOT history is a joy to behold. Not one advisory, ever!

GMG - that's part of the classic Ferrari charm, earning the right to select 2nd gear having gently coaxed the gearbox oil up to temperature.

But then you get to enjoy its high-revving soprano voice and incredible handling.

...oh yes forgot about the 2 nd gear challenge ?

So much theatre to driving it though; an absolute bargain for someone !

No 911 really compares to be honest...a true classic...

Whilst I have the money I don't have the space and wifey would kill me

:D would love to own it...
