Jerky gear changes

My 2016 Cayenne 4.2 V8D had very jerky, almost banging gear changes. Took it to OPC and they changed the transfer box under warranty (circa £3k). It was much smoother for a while, but recently have noticed some changes are jerky again and the revs slightly increase (300RPM) once next gear is selected then drop before the car accelerates.

Any one else had similar issues?

Needless to say its booked back in with OPC in a few weeks.
