I am aware this has been the subject of a previous thread but I would be interested to know if anyone has fitted the MPL cylinder using all new parts from an OEM unit rather than swopping the bits over from the old OEM part.
I understand some specialist garages had issues with the MPL replacement but I am thinking could this be the fault of re using the old bits in the new MPL cylinder?
I have the opportunity to fit a MPL using all new bits from an OEM unit, hence the question.
I know some might say if you have a new OEM part why not just fit that but my reason is to have the benefit of a lighter pedal.
Has anyone gone this route?
