Hi All

Anyone out there with a Targa had the same issue I appear to have? When you retract the sun blind, it gets to just over half way and then starts to sag down rather than roll up as it should? Any thoughts?

Thanks

Beanie

Ive done an awfull lot of targa roof cables but never a blind system

Basically its a motor that drives 2 cables with one to each side with the mechanism conected to the front of the blind.

The blind will roll up like a toilet roll for want of a better description .. this roll will be sprung loaded like a clock spring to pull the blind in as the cables retract .

You have lost your clock spring or at least part of it .. with a system like the 993 you can remove and retension it .. im not sure on these as ive never played with them before .

Either way it wants stripping and investigateing .
