I have a steering wheel half leather and half painted silver. Some of the paint has hairline cracks and wondered if anyone can recommend a repairer who can repaint the wheel? I would add a picture but as always its too much hassle.

Thanks in advance

Did you want it retrimmed as well or just the painted bit done?

If it's a retrim they are not that expensive and can do nice little extra bits like thicken wheel, , flat bottom, contrasting stitching, colour change, perforated leather, alacantra, anything much you can imagine. They maybe can repaint the silver bit too? They don't do airbags. Have a think what you want, ask them.. I never thought about it till someone suggested it, my retrim and thicken was 130 from royal steering wheels.

If it's just re doing the painted bit we have a guy over on m3cutters who re-does our interior painted trims off our m3's for us and is very good and good value, maybe he could do your wheel paint, is the same issue. I'll dig out his email if you are interested?

Thanks asterix. I'm based in Essex. If you can pm me the m3cutters info that would be great and I can contact Royal SW as well. :thumb:
