Hi all

One of the improvements I want to make to my 996 is some new wheels.

These Fuch style 19"s have caught my eye.

Can anyone tell me if they would be a good fit?
I would be looking at 235 35 19 tyres on the front at 295 40 19 on the rear. Does this sound about right for tyres?

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to wheel sizes etc, so please excuse my ignorance...

Hello,

I have 19s on my 996 (they came with the car, along with the original 18s - still undecided which I will run long-term).
The tyres on mine are:
Rear 265/30 19
Front 235/35/19
Have attached a photo - debating whether I need spacers or to lower it.

Cheers
Ben

Hi. Thanks for that.

Lovely looking 996. :thumb:

Id be tempted to lower it, I dont think it needs spacers though.

Watch out for your ride & handling !

Be careful you don't make the ride worse changing to 19's from the standard 18's , I had non standard 19's on my 996 GT3 when I bought it but soon changed back to original OEM 18's and the ride & handling were much better, I reckon the factory know what they are doing when they design these cars with certain size wheels so I'd always trust their judgement over mine !

Cheers
