+1 re Kenny Dunn. Well respected because he plays it straight.

Ha, ha, ha Very Happy . I had to laugh when I saw this post. Whilst I am sure that you may well be a respected member of society did you not think that with only x1 post you recommendation is..... well Question

Perhaps it is just me..................

I'm struggling to see the connection between the number of posts one contributes to a forum and personal knowledge of an individual, car or business. I've bought and sold with Kenny Dunn and have known him and his business by repute for a very long time. He's a long-established Porsche specialist with a very good name. 911TEL was absolutely right in his comments, which is why I supported them. People can be very quick to criticise and slow to acknowledge good service. Incidentally I have no personal interest in Kenny's business.

As to the value of my thoughts, I've been a PCGB member for a number of years and regular contributor to that forum, so I do have some knowledge and experience to inform a debate. I choose not to spend much time at all on 911uk, but then nor do I on PH. However I do know quite a lot about the car in question.....

Where was the criticism of Kenny Dunn , the thread has offered positive views? then by your own admission you choose not to spend time here so how did you heard about this thread then, it was a valid question to raise where you suddenly popped up Judge

more importantly when you say you know the car well, are you a former owner ? more info the better on the car chum

I think that you are missing the point. If someone approached you on the street and told you to buy a Bitcoin ten years ago would you buy on their recommendation?? I doubt it. If you had a few more posts everyone could see the cut of your gib and may take your recommendation seriously.....ie it may have some weight. With only one post, for me the jury is out.
