I have a carbon dipped Boxster centre console that looks just like the real thing. It is shorter than a 996 one but I have the rear part to go with it. It has a lock and key but it's just 3 screws to swap your existing lock over. Just needs your own trim also swapping over all clip in parts. Window switches and blanks included. I want £140, inc postage.
