Cigarette lighter

I've seen welds that don't have the holding strength of that b***** cig lighter. Jesus wept it's hard to get out, but I bought a usb dual port charger as the sight of it empty would rattle my peanut

This is what is so fabulous about this forum, the fact that someone knows that a pre 997 fag light is 0.5mm bigger :worship:

Wrap it up , place in glovebox ( why do they still call it that ?

replace with a small usb adapter....... job done ....

To the OP,
As Mister Corn says it sounds like you may have a 996 lighter in your 997 socket.
Most 996 owners know of this as a common upgrade is to fit the 997 complete cig lighter. It's smaller so holds iPhone chargers etc better. They often just slip out of the 996 one.

996.1 doesn't have a glovebox...........but more importantly - how do I light a sliff with a usb port? :?
 
I love this forum!

I'm 42 years old and maybe slightly overweight. People here always trying to help nicely and no one said- mate you are just to fat to fit your fingers in for that lighter :D
