interior dash light seem dim on highest setting

Hey guys still into my first week of owning a 4s loving it but must say the speedo interior light seem at little dim for me on the highest setting

could it be they need replacing or calibrating or are they naturally not too bright. I have the white dials
 
When it's dark get in the car and turn lights on and see if it's brighter!!

I think they're generally not that bright, exacerbated if you have the white face dials
