Black Exhaust Tips

You can just buy black tips, and others to that matter, no need to get them addressed.

I bought Kline ones....

Where did you get them from (Distributor?) and what did they cost you? I can only see Carbon onesa at circa £6-700?

Thanks

With these prices, Im seriously looking at making some. I could probably cut them from Billet for the money theyre charging..

So, is there such a thing as brand snobbery? Would you guys pay circa £250 for Carbon Tips if they were unbranded?

I can't recall. I'd email / ring them has they have various options on the finish.
I'm pretty sure it was around £100-110 all in including my own courier
To send to them and their return postage using TNT.

They also costed my bonnet Porsche badge as well...

Decent service

Easto did you have these done recently? I had mine re-chromed but it's a pain keeping them clean and they still dis-colour a bit.

How are yours holding up, quite fancy the full black look.

 If you wanted to make something nice for the gen1 the carbon rear defuser I had , I must have been asked a hundred times where I got it from, the guy stopped making them a few years ago so they are no longer available .
but they were a nice addition to the plain section between the exhausts on the gen 1. there may well be a market for something like this if it was re available. :thumb: :thumb:
