Yep that's me.

My son actually - same thing. We look very alike. Apart from me being 7 stone heavier.

Cracking job Kimbo. Some skill there.

So are the martini symbols decals stuck on top of the paint stuff, or did you mask each part etc?

Either way awesome creativity. Thumb

That's true Boba, although there is a dedicated Full Dip Shampoo you can use all the time to keep the wrap looking nice and fresh. It's £10 for a big bottle.

Wheels, lights, black trim and glass must be kept spotless all the time! I don't like grubby cars.

Phil, I may be at Goodwood, I'm not sure yet.

(now with sunstrip)

Thanks Paul Thumb

Lifespan - not sure exactly. I've had my wheels done now for a year and the car's been outside all last winter and I wash them as usual. No visual signs of deterioration.

The base coat of the liquid wrap is 5 layers of liquid rubber so I'm expecting it to last a long time. I've done some tests and it's very strong, but easy to peel.

I took it to our local car show at the weekend and had 25 people round it. I've been asked to create a desert rally version on an early 911 car.

I enjoy creating stuff like this and the comments I've had from people seeing the car in person has been unexpectedly positive. Even the cynical ones.

I think it will appeal to owners who want something different for their weekend car and who like drawing a crowd. I don't know.

Does the artwork count as a mod? If so, have we found a mod Demort agrees with? Smile
