It will become the offside when he gets back to the UK, but I assume it related to which side of the road you were driving on rather than the steering wheel position.

I'm all confused, I drove 4 days on the left then a day on the right now back to Milan to drive on the left or right not sure 😂😂

Assume the traffic coming the other way know what they are doing and you will be fine. I would.love to drive to Milan in my 560 SEC a la Brian Sewell. One day...
