Random fact:
SKF made the ball-bearings for the Millennium Wheel in London.
 
After a bit more digging around here is a cheaper supplier of the same bearing:

Also it is a different (less) width than the original Porsche bearing so I imagine that a spacer is still required, it is still much wider than a single row Porsche bearing.

Above linked dual row bearing 20.6mm
Original dual row IMS bearing 23.8mm
Original single row IMS bearing 14mm

All of the above have an inner/outer diameter of 20/47mm
