991.2 PDK Steering Wheel onto 997.2

guys , it can work . 991.2 / macan /gt4 steering wheel can work on 997.1+997.2. your car will have to have the 997.2 steering module 997.613.289.01 coded via piwis to multifunction ON.

apparently Paul designed the adapter for his 2014 panamera so that he can fit the newest wheel and maintain multifunction ; and now has packaged the adapter for sale. its 300-400USD depending upon if you need heated steering wheel to work.

Yes the airbags are different
 
I intend to change my 997.2 C2S PDK Steering Wheel.
OK... So I have now got a New 991.2 GTS Steering Wheel & Airbag with multi=function & heating... & the Chrono Toggle/Dial on the wheel
Question: Will everything work straight away or do I need adapters or coding? I have Autel 808MK
I may have time at the weekend to do the swap & try out the functions
 
You'll probably need to use the GPS adapter like I did for my wheel swap in my old 991.1 Targa
