Hello All

I like the look of the RPM Technik 997 CSR, and wanting to get an set of OZ 18" Alleggerita HLT for my 997 Carrera S.

Need advice on the correct offset and tyre size.

Cheers

Hi,
I've had OZ Alleggeritas on my 2006 997 Carrera S for nearly five years now, no problems at all. They're strong, durable, light, and reasonably priced.

Wheels -
F 8.5" ET53
R 11" ET63

Tyres
Front 235/40 R18 (Original fitment for 997 Carrera 4 and 996 GT3)
Rear 295/35 R18 (Original fitment for 997 Carrera 4)

Alternative rear size is 295/30 R18 (OE for 996 GT3)

I've used both rear sizes on my car, both work fine on a 2S*.

Not much choice of tyres, I've only used Michelin Pilot Sport 2 (N rated) but will try Cup 2 (996 GT3 size only, no N rating yet)

[* 295/30 won't work on a 4S because its (smaller) rolling circumference doesn't match that of the 235/40 closely enough].

HTH

I don't suppose anyone knows if these fit over PCCB's please?

Yes they do, plenty of clearance.

They look great in gold on black :thumb:

:agree:

I'm a fan of the CSR too.

Op, what colour is your 911?
