bit of a thread resurrection...

I was thinking of the best colour/wrap for a 991 GT3 RS....

I short listed the "Pork Wrap"

Anyone done this?

What do you think?

Bloody hell. This thread definitely a blast from the past...

Never seen that on a car in the flesh, would probably look pretty good on anything GT/RS/Motorsport related. Although... not sure it'd look good on the road, track cars could pull it off :thumb:

pink's different but it's not Riviera blue!
 
We are all Riviera 😋

Quick picture of my 996 turbo, paint to order from Porsche with carbon wing mirrors, side vents and spoiler, and 19 inch OZ hot wheels.
Oh and T8 & askgeez all waiting to board Eurotunnel on way back from Dinslaken 😉

Riviera RS on its way to the UK

I see i'm not the only one obsessed with Riviera blue on an RS!

I've just bought this after selling my midnight blue 964RS. The car should be arriving early August, can't wait!

It's a fully loaded euro spec car, Riviera with Red decals :)

does anyone know how many of these there are in the UK/Europe?

I found out there are 6 Riviera cars in the UK. Porsche GB or GMBH won't give out the numbers.

Alistair, if you find you don't like it, I'll do you a swap for my appreciating Riviera blue 996 Turbo :thumbs: :grin:
 
Seven years on from starting the thread I'm leaning towards gulf blue, but riviera still a firm favourite :D

I suspect UK numbers would be in single digits too, like the US, but don't know for sure
