How many 991 owners have we got on 911uk.com?

Got my first 911 on Feb 2016 after working on the configurator for a couple of years!
Its a 4s and a new power kit is on the way (ordered December 016)
Just replaced the Pirelli Pzeros with Michelins (a much better experience)

Which Michelins did you go for? I'm picking up a 991 next week and i know it needs new tyres soon. I called Reading OPC and they said they wouldn't fit any non N rated tyre and certainly wouldn't extend the warranty without N rated tyres. I was really hoping to put Michelin PS4's on but if i want a warranty that doesn't look like an option.

I did ask for prices on Pirelli's and they were £80 more per tyre than kiwk fit. Reading OPC wouldn't price match at all.

I've had this since last July, fourth Porsche and a 50th birthday present to myself :)

Thread resurrected.

Let's have more pictures. :thumb:

This is a great thread! I'd been waiting for an excuse to post a picture of my C4S I've had for about 6 months after moving from my 997 turbo. Some photos from a recent trip to the south of France, including Route Napoleon and the Col de Vence. Great roads

When are you going to pit pictures up Terry????

I've recently bought a 4S with the sport design kit, it's a big upgrade over the 997s in my opinion especially the PDK box.
Will post some pics up of it today.

Terry , This thread is from Jan 2017 is this how long you have been toying over a 991, hows the search going :thumb:

I'm going to rain on a few peoples parade here but..... Was in the fortunate position last month to switch from my 997.2 c4s to a 991 c4s (both pdk) and have to say I was completely underwhelmed.

The 991 did not feel sporty, more like a fast coupe than a sports car (think M6)... I did not feel the urge to jump out and rush to the bank, quite the opposite, it made me appreciate the 997 shape and feel even more.

Only my opinion after driving the 991 for 2 days.

Mate that is some upsell from going to get a centre console painted :thumb: looking forward to pics :worship:

This is my 1st Porsche! When I ordered my 991.2 the GTS model was not available, however I ticked all the options to make it as near as to a GTS as possible. I also ordered the interior in Graphite blue leather and carbon trim. Choose manual over PDK for more driver involvement! A pic from my trip to the Swiss Alps back in June.

In 2012 when I first saw a picture of the 991 I knew I'd have one one-day. I've been waiting over a year for THE right car to come along. 'Fingers crossed' that time has come.

Met a really nice couple at Brands with a great spec Targa GTS.

PTS - looked gulf blue :thumb:

Not one of my best pictures.

It looked Gulf to me too. It's only when you see them together that you realise how much darker the modern light blue colours are.

Had mine since April last year and still love it. I've added around 6.5k miles including a PEC warm up day in it and it hasn't missed a beat.
Must admit that I am looking forward to changing the tyres over to Michelin's as the P-zeros aren't the most confidence inspiring tyre.

I'm still loving and enjoying my Guards Red 991.2 GTS.

Guards Red, PDK, Sport Tex Black Seats with Crayon deviated stitching, deletion of all Alcantara
