Need help with Cayenne S Hybrid blind issue

Im afraid its not a fault ive come across before .. both doors is odd though and im guessing theres some sort of calibration on a tester .. windows wont work unless the blind is closed ie not covering the window so unless it can be closed then the windows will not work as far as im aware.

I had a look through the owners manual and there doesnt seem to be any manual way of moving them .. not at work for a while so cant check anything for you , sorry .

Post anything you can see when you get the durametric on it please .
