Funnily enough, the worst offenders I've seen on the phone whilst driving are truck drivers.
The people you would think appreciate their licences most eh?
 
Yeah them and farmers! As you say people who rely on their licenses.

A rolled up newspaper!? That was bloody luxury when I grew up!

We had to take the used bog-roll which was made from old newspaper cuttings and piece them together to form a readable story... If we were lucky!
