The GT3 RS Porsche should have made

Last time we spoke, I believe you said the car wasn't advertised in Germany, is that still the case?
Trying to sell a lefty which is modded in the UK is always going to be tuff, without going through a specialist broker as Dan has suggested. If you really won't rid you would probably have a better chance I your home market.

Cheers Jon :thumb:
This might be the way forward!

The offer for a straight swap with the 996GT3RS would have been a great call
(that would have been a great investment vehicle for sure)...yeah I know,
that's not very practical when you want the equity out if it.
Good luck, your home market is the way to go, and the season is just kicking
off, so someone will stump up a decent offer soon enough.

I'd be biting off arms at €150k.

You made some, sell it and move on :thumb:

Car is not advertised for sale but I need to make headway with the CLR project so open to offers for this car as a special xmas price for 911uk members. So basically buy the modifications and get the RS for free :thumb:
Car has just been serviced 28th Oct 2016 around 50miles since and also had a new TUV the same day with no issues. New front brakes only 100miles or so.
Engine, gearbox, clutch, all coolant hoses replaced/upgraded recently only 3332miles use.
PM or phone me to arrange a viewing.
Kind regards
Richard

Any inspection or PPI welcome.

For reference, PH currently has 13 other 7.1RS for sale at 180, 160, 157, 150, 140, 140, 138, 136, 135, 133, 130 and 2xPOA. Average price is therefore just over £145K.

Winter and RS Porsche not a great combination for sale

Do you have this advertised in Germany?

Absolutely stunning car. FWIW, I would not bring the price down; it is already incredible value for money, you just need to find the one buyer who wants a 997 RS to track, and doesn't care so much about investment / liquidity value.

Best of luck, I imagine most on this forum would call you soon after a lottery win :)

Hi Mitch, many thanks ;)
I did advertise it in Germany a while back but only had one young lad come and test the car (he was clearly just wanting a go in a fast car).
The reason I have brought the price down so drastically is I just want it sold within the next week or so, so that I can finish the 996 project.
If I have a lottery win it wouldn't be for sale :thumb:

Just been through the whole thread and sorted out all the pictures all the way back to the first post. Utter nightmare thanks to photobucket. I daren't make a start on the CLR thread, I'd need 2 weeks off to sort that one out!
Just thought I'd add a few recent pics here and a little video of the car doing a V-max run:

Oh and a little Spa tunnel blast at this weekends 911UK trip to Belgium's finest:

Looks stunning as ever :thumb:

(I just noticed the other day that Photobucket have FUBAR'd my thread, have you managed to find a quick fix? I'm thinking I'll need to download all pics to my laptop and upload them individually... :what: )

Thanks Roro :thumb:

Regarding the pics, it was an utter pain in the hole. Basically I quoted every picture from here then used the url for each individual one to open up in directly in photobucket.
Then I saved the photobucket pic on my computer. Uploaded each of these into a new host (Flickr). Then changed all the url codes here from PB to the new Flickr ones. Was not fun as there are 177 pics alone in the thread and PB is really slow. I'm also a bit of a computer spaz so this wouldn't have helped

I've not even started on the other long thread I have going as I have too much on the go just now!

Good luck with it; if what I describe above doesn't help, you can give me a call and I can perhaps describe it better over the phone ;)

Cheers for that :) you've confirmed my worst thoughts on it, I've got maybe hundred or so pics on my thread which I'll need to upload 1 by 1... something to do on a quiet afternoon (or day!) I guess
