MPL clutch slave for 964

I posted this on the 993 side but as this also fits the 964 I thought it worth bringing to your attention. The MPL slave cylinder is a replacement for the clutch slave on 964/993.


This reduces the effort required to depress the clutch by around 30%. It makes the clutch what I would describe as Fiesta like to operate. I was not sold on this until I tried it.

In combination with goldenrod and short shift kit the gear change action of the car is transformed. 10 MPL slaves negotiated for and ordered via the manufacturer. Five slots now taken. These will cost YOU £130 delivered to your door all in. I am not organising this but I have confidence in the person who is.

This doesn't include the aforementioned dust boot. This would be reused from existing car. Please PM me if you want one. These also fit earlier 964 and G50 cars. NOT turbos.

I have made enquires with a respected Porsche specialist who states fitting the MPL and high pressure hose plus bleeding the system will cost approx £100-£120. Should you want details I'm happy to provide. At the very least this gives an indicative cost if you are sourcing labour yourself.
