Paint work guesstimates

Last week I called a very well known Porsche specialist bodyshop in Langley, Herts and they quoted aprox £1800 (inc. VAT) for front bumper/hood/wings respray on a 993. Imagine 991 wouldn't be much different :dont know:
 
Theres nothing particularly special about painting a Porsche.

Ask around local car clubs or TIPEC regions etc,post on local facebook groups etc.

Find and view some examples of work and you will pay much less.

Or for an easy life just go OPC and pay through the nose for it.
 
Estimate of nearly £1900 to repaint both rear arches and blend into the doors, estimate from an OPC. Add in the front end estimates on here and that is big chunk of change.
