Hard change 1st to 2nd

Hi all, when the car is cold the pdk change from 1st to 2nd isn't as smooth as when the car is warm. Is this normal
 
Have never noticed a recognisable difference from 1st to 2nd gear (on PDK) when cold compared to hot.

What I can say is that the PDK box is marginally better through all the gears when stinkin' hot. :lol:
