Are the noises happening at any particular driving speeds or situations?

All 911s make a certain amount of noise during low speed manoeuvres, such as parking, due to the stick/slip effect of the tyres caused by the steering geometry - is this the situation when you are hearing the "squeak"?
 
As DRZ911 says these cars whether its 996.997.991 all get tyre scrub at slow turning, even more noticeable when reversing and turning. is this the noise or is it a more mechanical noise. :thumb:
