PPI on a car with existing Porsche warranty?

Thinking of buying a 997.2 non turbo manual.

If the car is a private sale, but has had a porsche 111 inspection in the recent past and done few miles since, would it still be prudent to get a decent independent inspection?

If it's still got a wedge of Porsche warranty and a good service history I'm pretty well covered? Is it really worthwhile?

Always safe to have a PPI done
You'd be amazed how much i spend on cars that have been serviced / checked 2/3 weeks even before i buy them
