Collected the car on Monday am (AMAZING IN EVERY WAY :thumb: ) but I noticed that the pads were marking the discs and not binding properly. I had a look and Porsche have replaced the discs but not the pads it seems. I checked back the service log and when Porsche re placed the discs (4 months ago) they only refaced the pads. That seems rather mental would you not agree. I have booked the car in to get new pads on it asap at a local specialist but I wonder if I have ANY come back with Porsche ??

I suspect you are unlikely to have come-back, as the contract was between the previous owner and the OPC.

I'd imagine if the OPC reckon its ok to reface the pads it should be fine- they are not normally reticent in trying to get more £££ out of their customers.

When you say not binding properly what do you mean? Might the discs be a bit glazed from washing/sitting about pre-sale?
