I will be booking my out crossing in the next day or so and I am looking at something around 2.00pm but no later ....... that should get me to the hotel between 4.00pm and 5.00pm.

I will keep you posted.

Didn't bother with the Flexi Plus. The extra would buy A LOT of beer.

out return

That sounds like a plan - look forward to an update

2.00 would suit me.

Where in Hampshire are you?

I'm in the Fleet/Hook area

I am in the Pondtail area. There is a 993 just around the corner from me. You don't have a white Audi TT as well do you?

Good grief - 3 993's pretty local! Nope, no White TT, I'm close to Vertu.

Are you going to the Bahnstormer Breakfast Club on Sunday?

Yes, hopefully be in a convoy with a 997t and an XKR. We haven't decided what time we are leaving yet.

Anyone else coming down from Shropshire/Wales, even Manchester areas?
I'm located near Ludlow and it would be good to go down with someone else.

If not, then I'll pick up my lad (he's 24) from London on the way down.

Probably go tunnel, will check out pricing first, as deals do seem to vary a lot.

---

Just looked at prices. Tunnel seems to be similar in price, so time and convenience benefit means it is a winner. Also happier driving onto the tunnel than the ferry with a low front spoiler.

Are we saying 2pm ferry out on the 27th April?
What about back? 2nd May at 14.50?

Anyone else doing more of a trip on the way back?

Seems the consensus is 27/4 19:50 02/05 14:50 with Madaala and Millomboy making an earlier trip about 2ish by the sounds of it

zorro 27/4 19:50 02/05 14:50

Need to book mine now...

If you've finished with the old boys in their 993s the lads in the modern stuff are on a slightly later chunnel back and may be looking to do something else (TBC) on the way back to Calais.

=> We're on the 16.20

If you're wanting to stay on after Tuesday Madalaa and possibly New996buyer are going on somewhere.

Keen to get an earlier tunnel crossing with Madalaa and Millomboy on the 27th - just checked the Eurotunnel website to book, are you guys going on the 14:20 or the 14:50 train?

I will have the whole day off and would be good to with a few others. Was originally thinking 14.20.
