How to adjust passenger and driver heat together

Is it possible to adjust bother sides Temp at once rather than having to do both individually ?
On my cayenne I have a "mono" button which then adjust both drivers and passengers at once. I don't have this on the 911 , is there another setting?

Also how can I have it default to a temp at start up?

Press the "AUTO SYNC" button which is just to the left of the driver's temperature control switch.
