Anyone have experience with this scheme?

http://www.admiral.com/classic-car-insurance/

I wasn't aware Admiral offered 'classic car' cover although it was highlighted in another thread (see here).

Seems quite attractive:

- An agreed valuation of your car up to £100,000 fixed for two years (although hopefully it can be revised often)
- Extra MultiCar discounts available
- Up to 90 days European cover
- Car can be used for social, domestic and pleasure or business use only
- Annual mileage must be under 10,000

The final point particularly helpful for me as other providers have stated a very low usage limit (e.g. >3k) which hasn't suited.

Any feedback?

Doesn't seem so good after all, having spoken to them this evening (2 different agents), they reckon a 1995 911 doesn't qualify for their classic car scheme...:?

...despite it meeting the criteria they outline on their website :dont know:.
