03 cayenne s aircon issues and fixing

This maybe a long shot as I can find little info on the net but here goes:

The aircon on our 03 cayenne a has never worked and I've started to look into why. I had the system regassed and was told there are no leaks and the pressure is fine so that's a good start.

I know the aircon pump clutch isn't engaging and the fuses check out fine but I cannot establish where the relay for the pump is located?

Can anyone enlighten me? ( the owners handbook dosent list relays and says take it to a dealer?!!)

Also where is the pressure switch and drier canister?
